   Project Planning: Manages and coordinates project plans between waterfall and agile methodologies to define scope, schedule, and budget to achieve quality outcomes while meeting company SDLC compliance policy. Perform financial analysis on project budget trackers and prepare various financial reports and cashflows for project forecast to identify all IT key performance indicators and risks within the project. Responsible for closing projects and perform required benefit analysis and prepare closeout documents and financials for submission to stakeholders and finance team before closeout deadlines. Driving Project Execution: Collaborates with senior project managers to maintain 72+ hospital construction projects, valuing $136M dollars, throughout different project phases with a focus on: resource management, procurement, risk mitigation, project schedule, as well as monthly reporting to leadership. Responsible forachieving deliverable finalization sign-off. Oversees completion of project deliverables, working with resources from internal and external groups where there may be no direct reporting relationship. Risk Mitigation and Escalation: Identifies and tracks project issues, dependencies, and risks, taking action to resolve issues where possible, and proactively bringing forward escalations to project managers/vendors when necessary.
