About Andy Rash
Andy Rash is the author and illustrator of award winning picture books including Eclipse, The Happy Book, Unstinky, and Archie the Daredevil Penguin. He has collaborated on books with authors including Daniel Pinkwater, Aaron Reynolds, and Caron Levis. Andy has also created editorial illustrations for many magazines and newspapers including Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times, The New Yorker, Time, The Wall Street Journal, and Wired. His animations have appeared on Nickelodeon.Andy is a Professor of Illustration at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, where he teaches several courses on various subjects, as well as a very popular picture book illustration course.Andy regularly visits schools, libraries, bookstores, and the occasional museum (both in person and via video conference) to present his picture books.
