Establish, foster and manage stakeholder relations across all teams ( Agile delivery teams, DevOps, QA, UAT, infrastructure and Sales)-Planning upcoming releases across multiple applications/ agile delivery teams-Leading regular events needed to define and manage release scope as well as to identify dependencies, risks, impediments or needed changes-Managing activities needed to bring releases on time and smoothly into production, passing required quality gates ( sprint reviews, UAT reviews, Go/No Go reviews)-Using proper tools to set up required measure metrics, track progress and risks, manage product quality and other KPIs-Ownership of the final Go/No Go decision including managing go live activities-Identifying,defining and rolling out needed process related for release management (like deployment plans, checklists and release procedures)-Identifying needed changes to improve overall performance of the organization to release on time/ on quality and on budget-Generating release statistics and evaluate the release against defined benchmarks -Supporting organization to foster collaboration across teams and to continuously evolve its agile avi/CD/ release management capabilities by learning from experience
