About Rashmi Sutodia
I have ~13 years of experience in IT engineering, product development, project & program management roles for leading Banking & Finance, Supply Chain and Automotive organizations. In my current role, I lead a large-scale program in Global Merchant & Network org from end-to-end, in partnership with Enterprise Leadership and close collaboration with 50+ cross-functional teams in the enterprise for roadmap planning, prioritization of features/user-stories, schedule management. I have supported premier product launches in payments/cards space globally with ~50% faster speed-to-market and also ~2M+ cost savings through several automations. I have also worked in technical program and project management capacities in the past, sometimes interfacing as a customer service manager synchronizing successful on-time delivery of IT projects with my teams while being the voice of customer, other times proposing best fitting solutions to improvise products and processes or develop new products to solve a business problem and yet other times doing end-to-end project lifecycle management. I believe in action and doing whatever it takes to get the job done, and as I come from software engineering & management background, I thoroughly enjoy getting my hands dirty deep down - learning new technologies and toying with new ideas in management of people, projects and products.
