Employee Relations – Provides an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, organization change, and all other employee-relations mattersPolicies, Procedure and Communications – Assists with communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook and organizational charts. Assists in developing and executing Human Resources procedures and policies that include compliance with government regulatory bodies, and employment law. Performance Management – Supports the performance management program and process; provides guidance to both managers and employees to facilitate meaningful discussions.
