As a Partner at EY, I drive the West region GCC strategy spanning transformation, Digital, AI, GBS, People, Technology, Risk, and Tax, supporting enterprises in accelerating and modernizing their GCC journeys.With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives in digital transformation, IT, ESG, and sustainability, delivering robust, secure, and scalable cloud-based SAAS/PAAS/IAAS applications.Previously, I was the head of the India Digital Center for Schlumberger, where I drove the digital transformation and DELFI SAAS offerings for the Oil & Gas sector. I also led the open-sourcing of OSDU, a data platform for the energy industry, leveraging my expertise in data management, AI, and Machine Learning.I excel in defining product strategy, engineering vision, GTM plans, technology planning, and product rollout strategies, with a focus on customer-centricity, DevOps, automation, reliability, and security. I have a proven track record of managing distributed teams, fostering collaboration across borders, and shaping projects from inception to market delivery.My strengths lie in strategic leadership, precise communication, talent acquisition and development, budgeting, and performance management.
