I oversee the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and activation to retention and renewal, for over 500 clients across Asia.With over 15 years of experience in Client facing roles, have focuced and developed skills in Customer relationship management, product expertise to ensure smooth sales, development of the sales pipeline within the overall portfolio, Cross Selling and Up-selling to the client base, achieving client relationship targets. I have successfully managed multiple Enterprice accounts, delivering high-quality service and support, and generated new revenue streams and referrals.
