15+ yrs of Recruiting! Played a Coach, managed teams, crunched numbers, worked with global leaders for leadership/ executive hiring, when not chasing numbers, I am a situational scribbler. Worked independently as an SME/ IC on niche assignments. Still love a challenge and getting my hands dirty on scouting for niche or leadership roles. Research & Market Intel are on top of my list, thrive in strategy and research roles. Have set up teams from scratch (worked on weekends, did drives, made a dozen dashboards, strategising, planning and actioning goals) not particularly in that order and experienced great wins with teams involved. Trusted Advisor to Stakeholders and candidates alike (Some intel and some tough talk on market reality so that they can get off their notion of finding purple squirrels) Strategic thinker and a whole lot of ideas to make the environment we are in better! My core areas of focus are Listening, Planning and Getting things done of which I do a fairly good job! Outside of work, I am a mommy to the very beautiful Dhwani, who has added another dimension of multitasking to my daily routine and I m not complaining:) Used to be a voracious reader and I scribble from time to time, enjoy reading, writing, but not arithmetic :) Complete movie buff and admirer of music from the classic 80’s to the 90’s pop to the boyband era and rolling in the deep with Adele :) Writing is a passion I’d love to pursue full time someday. In the not so distant future, would like to be involved with a community to teach and educate children and be an author or co-author of a book until then it’s Happy Hiring!
