   Role as Learning Manager- Conducting Induction Training as a part of New Hire Training Program. Observing the classes of trainers to maintain quality of training by giving constructive feedback, based on parameters of Blended Learning methodology. Conducting Training needs analysis of the Trainers and coordinating for Training Calendar. Acting as a Learning coach by facilitating and delivering lessons in the ‘Train the trainer’ programs on different modules e.g. Facilitation Skills, Blended learning methodology etc. Leading a team of trainers and being responsible for their process adherence and performance improvement. Collaborating with different teams like LMS, Content, CMIS to ensure smoother operations. Analyzing and presenting data in periodical meetings to monitor and facilitate progress of the trainers and to ensure the quality of the training delivery process.Role performed as Sr. Faculty: Handled the whole student lifecycle in the organization- pre- screening, enrolment, training delivery and placement.o Introduced proper format and categories for pre screening which has been implemented throughout the organization. Monitored the progress of the students through Learning Management System (LMS) performance reports. Conducted Mock interview sessions for the students across different projects enhance their chances for livelihood opportunities. Coordinated with the placement department for the placement of the students. Was responsible for the coordination with different center teams to ensure successful and timely completion of the batches.
