Hi, I’m Rashmi Madavi, a Data Governance and Collibra Developer with hands-on experience in building and optimizing metadata management solutions at Deloitte USI. With a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, I’m passionate about using data to solve real-world business problems and ensure high standards of data quality and compliance.In my current role, I’ve developed scalable workflows, set up Collibra operating models from scratch, automated metadata ingestion using Collibra Edge, and integrated platforms like Databricks and GCP to enable complete technical lineage. I enjoy simplifying complex governance processes and building user-friendly solutions that empower business and technical teams alike.Prior to this, I was actively involved in leadership and student community roles at VNIT — serving as the Event Manager for AAROHI (our cultural fest), Mess Secretary in the Girls’ Hostel Council, and a scriptwriter for dramatics.
