About Rashmi Kathuria
After joining teaching profession I realised two things. First, there is so much which is still to be learned and there is no standard method of teaching. Each day a new challenge randomly comes forward. For overcoming it, there is a need to explore, learn and change. Teaching for me is not just a job, it\'s a mission, a passion, a commitment and a purpose for my life. My dream is to create an e-school where students will love to explore, learn and share. The true success of a teacher is to be able to create joyful learning environments.
