As an Area Manager, my responsibilities include:Responsible for consistently delivering the moments to customers by ensuring high standards of customer service, monitoring of all counter related tasks and supervising and coaching the team. Daily supervision of team members and counters -Follow a contact plan to visit counters and ensure that they all comply with the planogram and they\'re clean and well maintainedAccess relevant reports related to sales & CRM on a daily basis and drive sales at the counters thorough appropriate actions and behaviorsEnsure availability of stock at all counters, including escalating to the brand if required.Ensure appearance of Style Consultants meets standards prescribed by the brand\'s dress codeRelationship Management -Interact regularly with the accounts team to ensure stock availabilitySustain strong relationships with store / department managers, sales finance etc.People Management -Ensure all Style Consultants are trained on the brand and the product and undergo regular skill enhancement programsCoach Style Consultants to drive high performance and manage non performance effectivelyAct as a point of escalation with respect to counter assets and SC disciplineConduct monthly meetings with style consultants for target dissemination, communicating new launch information, training, rewards & recognition.Technology -Ensure 100% tab usage at all counters and take appropriate actions in case of non-complianceUse the tab and provide inputs on usage, UAT etc.
