Working as an Implementation Analyst for US based Healthcare services (Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution) Clients. Well experienced in Quality Delivery and Web testing, Quality Assurance Testing, Test Case Design, Bug Fixing, Test Case Development, Managing Jira Tasks, Test Case Execution, Regression Testing, Unit Testing, Functional Testing.I have been a part of Defined Benefit Client having high complexity. In Open Enrollment, we have performed Rates Testing, Rates Validation, Quality Delivery Testing, Web Testing, Attributes Testing. Whereas in Ongoing period, we have performed testing on New Hire, Salary Change on various high, medium and low complexity Clients.After completing testing, we create Jira tasks. We do regular updates over there. After that, if any defect leakage is found while testing, we mark the defect onto the defect portal. Once the issue is fixed, we do retesting of the failed scenarios. This is how a bug life cycle is handled.Also, calculate pension benefits for data edits and validations based on pension plan specification documents.Design and development of tools to model pension benefits under different retirement scenarios. Benefits from all retirement sources are taken into account and compared against projected needs.Assist in establishing and maintaining client plans on the Milliman pension calculation system.
