I would introduce myself as a talent professional and the founder of Crafting Capability an HR services firm. In the past three decades I have sieved tens & thousands of resumes to hire diverse & stellar talent across some of the global regions. As a business partner I have worked closely with leaders to grow, promote, and retain talent, designing and driving initiatives and programs for better business impact. I have had the fortune to collaborate with some of the finest humans, work closely with veterans, lead global M&A\'s & partner some great leadership minds. My experiences have chiselled my skills and with passage of time I have been able to leave footprints in boardrooms, executive committees, industry boards, regional boards, and student communities in the spirit of contributing to the larger HR agenda. An advocate of customised & next HR practices, I have worked in small, chaotic, and unstructured setups, alongside multi-regions, process driven, transformational and high growth conglomerates. I believe that while the HR function is built on robust constructs and theories, it needs customisation at next level to fit business and people. It is as complex, as fluid and is perennially evolving. My experience with the function and its complex dimensions has been gratifying and my journey continues as I wade through the turning tides of the business landscape.
