   Reporting to CIO, I am responsible for leading digital transformation, implementing Salesforce based solutions for grant making and implement Coupa for contracts. Developed AI Framework and working with business and operations teams to define and build use cases for AI tools. I am also responsible for engaging with cross functional business teams, IT team and external vendors throughout the product selection, process optimization and implementation process with focus on adoption of new tools.Reporting to COO at OSF, I work as deputy to the COO and I am responsible for streamlining global business processes and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and overall satisfaction. I collaborate closely with department heads across Global Operations, Grants Management, People & Culture, IT, and Finance to strengthen cross-functional alignment and drive operational synergy. I am leading the Data Governance initiative to strengthen results of AI tools.
