As an AI Product Manager for the Data for AI and CoreLLM Platform Team at ServiceNow, I operate with the mindset that data is the fuel for AI. I collaborate closely with internal AI practitioners, the NowLLM model development team, Data Governance, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality, relevant data forms the backbone of our AI advancements. I lead initiatives to promote a Data-as-a-Product approach across business units, empowering our teams to deliver secure, high-quality, and predictive AI solutions that uphold ethical standards and a customer-first mindset.In my last two years at ServiceNow, I\'ve also contributed to AI solutions that enhance HR Agent and employee experiences as part of the Employee Workflows organization. As a core committee member of Women in AI at ServiceNow, I am committed to fostering community and learning, helping organize events that connect and empower women in tech.I hold a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, where I combined my Computer Science Engineering background with hands-on experience in product development and business strategy. My projects spanned areas like autism support, AR/VR, and digital transformation in insurance, honing my technical, vision-setting, and strategic planning skills to drive impactful solutions.Outside of work, I’m inspired by documentaries, biographies, and podcasts that delve into human stories and resilience.
