Played a pivotal role in designing the verification process, supporting government officials in rollout, building field ownership, and ensuring on-ground readiness for assessments—resulting in 71 schools being declared Daksha Vidyalayas.3. Regularly facilitated and led Academic Support Mentoring Unit (ASMU) meetings, cultivating strong partnerships with officials from the CM Rise Cell and field functionaries, and helping streamline planning and feedback loops.4. Co-managed the Project Management Unit (PMU), serving as a strategic bridge between the Peepul team and the Department of School Education, aligning state vision with program execution and adapting strategies in real-time.5. Built and institutionalized a communication framework and Master Tracker, enabling smoother data collection, regular reporting, and visibility across internal teams and government stakeholders.6. Supported funder engagement and donor reporting, ensuring program impact and learnings were clearly captured through compelling visuals, data stories, and quarterly updates.7. Spearheaded the design and launch of the 2023–24 Annual Report, as well as key internal initiatives like team newsletters, monthly culture reflection posters, and Pre-ASMU planning templates.
