About Rashika Dutta
I am currently working at Standard Chartered in their Group CFO ERM Stress Testing team, focusing on treasury and balance sheet under stress models.I have completed my MSc in Banking and Finance with a minor in Mathematics from King\'s College London (University of London) in September, 2024.Over the years pre and post Masters, I have worked at reputed organisations like Goldman Sachs, UBS (Swiss Bank) and Tresvista. At Goldman Sachs, I was in their trading risk and EMEA regulations teams under finance liquidity risk team. At UBS, I was in their firmwide stress testing reporting and analytics team. Prior to UBS, I worked as a Financial Analyst at TresVista after having graduated from St. Xavier\'s College, Kolkata in 2020 with a Bachelors in Finance and Accounting. Along with my full time job at UBS, I was working as an Academic Counsellor where I helped 15+ students to achieve their careeristic goals and go abroad to study at their dream universities.My financial acumen through courses like FRM and CFA combined with analytical skills in R and Python have led me to have varied interests in the lines of institutional trading, policy making, stress testing, financial risk modelling and management, machine learning algorithms, market risk etc.Being a huge fan of sports, I am a \'national-level\' Air Rifle shooter and a passionate follower of lawn tennis, especially the likes of Roger Federer and Carlos Alcaraz. As far as my principles go, passion for learning has been my biggest asset. Be it data science, stock trading, physics or even psychology, risk has always been my constant!
