My passion is technology, people, and culture. As a global leader, I drive and deliver large-scale technology transformations, modernize platforms, and build processes and organizations that can survive and thrive. I love being on the forefront of business innovations that are transforming how the world does business and leading large global and matrix teams. Originally from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, my West Indian upbringing gave me a respect for strong communities and mentorship. I am known for my human approach to creating cultures of honesty, trust and respect. A firm believer in the adage “we all stand on the shoulders of giants” I’m especially passionate about developing next-generation leaders. In 2012, to support advancing women and minorities in engineering, I founded the Real Hope for NextGen Engineers Endowment at my alma mater, North Carolina State University. Externally recognized for my contributions in the industry, in 2020, I was recognized by Fortune Magazine as a member of \"40 under 40\" in Technology and in 2021, NC Tech Women of the Year.
