I am a veteran nonprofit leader with nearly two decades of experience strenghtening and transforming organizations with an emphasis on inclusive leadership, community building, and conflict management. My role as a People and Culture leader leverages my expertise in organizational culture and restorative practice, while my role as an education policy researcher engages my strong skills in project management, program evaluation design and implementation, and qualitative data analyses.

This body of work includes developing and managing restorative processes for navigating conflicts and supporting staff with tools to proactively engage in behaviors more in alignment with MDRC’s cultural values. All of these efforts will advance employees sense of psychological saftey, sense of belonging and feeling valued in their work at MDRC.
