My leadership approach centers on collaboration, operational efficiency, and equity-driven initiatives that create lasting positive impacts.Currently serving as Vice President of Housing Operations at Pride in Living Inc, I oversee 1,600 affordable and supportive housing units, leading a team of 95+ Housing and Support Services professionals, while managing a multimillion-dollar budget. My expertise spans financial oversight, property planning, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded initiatives that improved property performance, increased resident satisfaction, and strengthened teams. Notable achievements include rebuilding high-turnover departments, and integrating housing management priorities throughout multiple departments. Previously, I held leadership roles at Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative and the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, where I implemented cost-saving strategies, improved site safety, and enhanced housing support for vulnerable populations.
