I’m a nurse researcher, educator, and consultant specializing in data-driven mental health equity. I lead Mosaïque Strategies, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations translate complex data into strategy, storytelling, and scalable impact — with a focus on Black men’s mental health and culturally grounded care.In my joint academic–practice role at MedStar Health and The George Washington University School of Nursing, I teach, mentor, and build programs that strengthen the future nursing workforce.
