Coordinate and manage close deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across functions to ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes- Oversee balance-sheet reconciliations, complex journal entries, and account reviews; ensure proper support, cutoff, and adherence to accounting policies- Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance with US and/or local GAAP- Manage month-end, FQ, and FY close activities, including reconciliations and complex journal entries- Lead trial balance onboarding and general-ledger mapping for newly acquired businesses, including the design and maintenance of onboarding templates and mapping structures to align to the corporate chart of accounts- Perform detailed variance analysis (MoM/YoY), identify key drivers, and prepare clear commentary to support leadership decision-making- Manage intercompany reconciliations and prepare elimination entries to support consolidated reporting and accurate close- Collaborate with AR/AP/Operations to resolve issues impacting Sales, COGS, Inventory, and working capital reporting- Support internal and external audits by preparing audit-ready schedules, evidence, and responses to auditor inquiries; ensure compliance and audit readiness- Mentor and support junior team members through planning, review, and coaching; foster collaboration and operational continuity across finance teams- Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including ERP/system migrations, through workflow testing, data validation, process documentation, and go-live readiness.
