   Leading product design for Accrue\'s white-label wallet and loyalty platform, shaping how consumers earn, save, and pay across merchant ecosystems including SNIPES, Westside Market, and ExxonMobil.Defining end-to-end UX strategy across onboarding, payments, merchant integrations, and rewards — balancing consumer experience with brand-specific requirements at scale. Built deeply integrated AI workflows into my design practice, using custom MCP integrations, automated skills, and live data pipelines to compress research-to-delivery cycles from days to hours.• Drive conversion-focused design decisions grounded in live funnel analytics, competitive benchmarking, and merchant partner feedback• Architect a scalable multi-merchant design system supporting distinct brand configurations while maintaining platform consistency• Built an AI-powered design operations layer — automating research synthesis, stakeholder prep, design QA, and cross-tool workflows across the design stack• Partner closely with PMs, engineering, and merchant stakeholders to align design rationale with business outcomes
