ABOUT RASHI BANGUR

Currently, I am working as a Senior Executive Data and Analytics at Unilever. This role entails Global Performance Reporting of Unilever Results with the focus being Profit and Loss Statement. This includes Reporting of the various KPIs and analysing them across economies/segments/brands/sectors. These require the focus being on accuracy, timely reporting and presentation. Also, I am currently involved in the automation team as well to build an app to grant access for Restricted information being available for Unilever Employees. Previously I worked in Yes Bank as Deputy Manager -Rural and Inclusive Banking. I dealt with Priority Sector Lending, with the focus being Agriculture, Food & Agro Processing. This involved client sourcing onboarding, Loan Appraisal Note preparation, Financial Analysis, Loan sanctioning & client servicing. Being in Product Sales, we engaged with the clients for different types of banking products for this domain within which loans can be sanctioned esp Commodity Finance. I had also in the past worked in Cresco Research as a Research Analyst on the buy side. My responsibilities included building financial models for companies mostly in software sector and Oil and Gas sector. These financial modes were followed by evaluation of the company based on its historical ratios like growth/income/turnover ratios. The company’s current and previous 10 years data formed a base for its projections. Prior to that I worked in Deloitte USI as an Audit Assistant for Retail Sector. During the internship, I performed variance analysis and provided suggestions on strengthening the financial structure of the company. Also, during the high pressure period, learned multitasking while maintaining the quality by performing purchase, sales, overhead s auditing of huge multinational companies of the Retail Sector. Thirdly, I learned in depth practical application of Technical knowledge such as Audit & Accounting Standards, while doing Tie-outs. The experience and my mentors helped to learn skills like time management, office communication. I have also worked as a Trainee in a Firm for 5 months. Herein, I have played an integral role in conducting Statutory Audit of a Leading Stock Broking Firm. Also, been a part of conducting Tax Audit of a Listed Manufacturing Company. Moreover, I have conducted Stock Audit of a Network Infrastructure Company. I also have been working as a teacher in an online Teaching Platform called Chegg wherein I answer questions relating from Accountancy to Financial Strategic Management, from Cost Accounting to Law.
