I am responsible for processing of monthly bill run accurately, along with monitoring profitability of accounts, generating a monthly commissions report and working closely with our Sales Team.• Tekton Billing System (ZOEY)Application Customer user Administrator• To interface with Credit Control and the business on any billing queries• To work on defined monthly billing cycles in accordance with an agreed timetable• To ensure that billing runs are at agreed accuracy levels e.g. 98% accuracy• To own the correct set up of new client and matter tariffs in line with the group policy• To liaise with sales personnel to ensure commercial contracts are properly processed into billing• Carry out tariff data cleansing activities, managing global and single updates to rates structures and customer setups• Deal with any problems or queries that may arise in the billing/invoicing process• To identify trends of queries coming into the billing mailbox, resolve and file email to the appropriate customer folders• Liaise directly with customers to ensure a smooth and orderly process loading of contracts, managing high spend alerts, providing reports to internal and external customers, and investigating any billing anomalies. Interacting and communicating with our clients and other departments within Dataquest is also a vital part of the role, along with working together with my team members to build on current processes and integrate new products and services IT/TELECOM support Charges for monthly, quarterly and annual increases and preparation of increment letters. Posting IT Deals and Cash Deals Sales Ledger Invoices using SAGE 200 Daily Customer Mobile Bill Alerts and Usages, notification sent to customer. Handling pre-billing checks and carry out draft bill run. System Rate Card configuration. Issuance of manual invoice and Credit Notes when requested. Creation of New customer/Account to the billing system
