As a highly-motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor with the drive to become a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator, I have a proven record of achievements and providing an exemplary level of service for over ten years.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to successfully carry out my role with an extensive range of world-leading organisations with the given chances of developing; not only specific construction industry skills and knowledge but also valuable and transferable set of skills in this fast-paced industry. Moreso, I have a unique level of experience of executing a complex commercial role with a variety of clients from both the private and public sector, performing the contract management role with different forms of contracts and procurement routes, and the ability to positively adapt commercial management skills. All of which, as can be demonstrated, has enabled me to carry out the role to an exemplary standard in both the construction and business environment.Additionally, during the past years, it can be confidently expressed that I have achieved and maintained a positive working relationship with both internal and external staff has been completed successfully by utilising exceptional communication skills.
