ABOUT RASHEDA FRY
I’ve spent over 15 years working across education, early years, and social care, always focused on improving how we support children, families, and the professionals who work with them.My career began in early years and family support, before moving into my statutory roles in fostering and child protection, working across private, voluntary, and local government sectors. I later qualified as a children’s Social Worker through the Frontline postgraduate programme, building on my practice into statutory practice and deepening my understanding of how systems shape children’s lives.I currently serve as a Panel Advisor for a local authority, contributing to fostering and permanency decision-making. I’m also leading work at Fosterli, a platform designed to modernise the fostering process and make assessments, collaboration, and onboarding more efficient for agencies and carers.I’m particularly interested in how social impact technology and product design can improve the way public and social care systems work. Combining empathy, insight, and innovation to create solutions that genuinely make a difference for children and families.
