With a background in Fashion Merchandising and over 10+ years of customer service experience, I bring a unique perspective to the field of User Experience (UX) Design. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the importance of delivering exceptional experiences. This knowledge allows me to create designs that not only look visually appealing but also cater to the needs and preferences of users creating Human-Centered Designs. My passion for design and improving user experiences has led me to brand over 5 small businesses, where I have utilized my skills in web design, logo creation, and product design. These hands-on experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in visual design principles, branding strategies, and the ability to create compelling user interfaces.In addition to my practical experience, I am currently pursuing my interest in Front End Development by taking coding courses. I have already acquired proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, and I am continuously working on enhancing my GitHub account with multiple projects.
