Full responsibility for daily management of Engineering & IT staffing and consulting services for Peak\'s National operation. •Manage a large team, serve as the leader of our sales/delivery efforts and assist in resource issues. •Plan, develop, and implement sales/recruiting strategies as they relate to radically improving the effectiveness and customer service commitment to each of our clients. •Oversee the development of rapport and effective working relationships with all levels of management to ensure proactive coverage of staffing requirements nationwide. •Develop, implement and administer S.O.P’s to ensure quality and compliance. •Daily activities include; training and hiring of new employees, account reviews, staff meetings, client meetings, performance reviews, talent acquisition, P&L over site, etc. •Utilize well developed communication skills, contact management abilities, computer skills and high ethical standards to regularly provide contractor service confirmation, performance monitoring, and reinforcement of client company policies. •Establish new accounts, negotiate exclusive contracts, and maintain existing accounts by individually matching associates with previously identified and inventoried client needs. •Develop team sales forecast, market analysis, strategic philosophies to promote growth. •Lead, mentor, train, account managers in strategic sales account penetration and development. •Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal staff •Recruit and qualify potential associates through personal interviews and detailed skill assessment
