As a member of the Strategy & Design PMO leadership group, supported expansion of the PMO team and operationalized delivery - Created a PMO delivery digital playbook, including over 17+ reusable delivery artifacts with written and video training materials, to establish delivery best practices across the Strategy & Design team (80+ PMO members, 400+ service line team members)- Monitored and managed quality of delivery, profitability targets, & staffing across active engagements of PMO Team- Supported growing the PMO discipline 4-fold, from 20 to 80+ team members. Developed reputation as a “fixer” for key sales motions and the most critical engagements- Stripe Partnership (net-new logo): Primary delivery lead managing expansion and extension of initial partnership, a 2 month / 2-person team – to a 10-person team for an additional 9 months focused on creating a 5-year roadmap to transform their sales and marketing technology implementation (Marketo/Salesforce)- T-Mobile “Market Event”: Program Lead to shepherd Catalyst through 4-month initiative to reduce the number of agency partners from 90+, to less than 10 – team was able to successfully secure position to continue as \"trusted partner\" and continue with large book of business.
