ABOUT RASHAWN HAWKINS
I’m a senior HR and workforce strategy leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations design scalable people systems that support growth, performance, and culture. My career spans corporate HR leadership roles in retail and telecommunications as well as national workforce strategy leadership at the Human Rights Campaign, where I currently serve as Senior Director of the Workplace Equality Program. In this role, I lead the evolution of the Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s largest workplace benchmarking system used by many Fortune employers to evaluate workforce policies, benefits, and governance frameworks. My work focuses on the intersection of people strategy, workforce analytics, and organizational transformation—partnering with executive leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to translate complex workforce data into actionable strategy.
