As the Director of Recruitment, I provide support for all internal recruiting efforts for Northwestern Mutual\'s downtown, San Diego office. This involves the strategic attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of sales and business professionals to our financial advisor development program. This position requires a high degree of goal orientation, productivity, creative problem solving, and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of candidates.* Utilize a high-volume, data driven approach in order to achieve company leading recruiting results out of 360+ offices nationwide.* Personally schedule and conduct an average of 50 initial candidate interviews, leading to 1-3 accepted offers per month.* Manage a 4-5 step interviewing process between candidates and sales managers.* Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that drive candidate engagement on LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal ATS system.* Assist in training and mentorship of newer recruiters across NM network.
