I serve as Director of National Partnerships for University Instructors (UI), where I work nationally to amplify our footprint and advance sustainable, high-impact solutions for K–12 school districts.University Instructors partners with districts to strengthen instructional capacity, address teacher shortages, and build long-term talent pipelines. In my role, I cultivate executive-level partnerships with superintendents, chiefs of staff, education associations, and state and national leaders, translating complex district needs into scalable, actionable solutions that produce measurable results.With more than 25 years in public education, as a classroom teacher, principal, Chief of Staff, and senior district executive, I understand school systems from the inside out. That comprehensive perspective allows me to operate at the intersection of instruction, leadership development, and strategic system alignment.I am known for forging trusted executive partnerships and serving as a bridge between district vision and implementation. Whether through keynote presentations, conference leadership, multi-state partnerships, or strategic alliances, my focus remains consistent: helping districts move from challenge to capacity and from capacity to sustained impact.In parallel, I am the Founder and CEO of Heartwork Educational Group LLC. Heartwork is not sentimentalism.
