Hi, I’m Rashad! I’m originally from Boston and a graduate of Dartmouth College, where I received my Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minor in Human-Centered (UI/UX) Design and a Master\'s degree in Systems Engineering.My passion lies at the intersection of fabrication, problem-solving, and meeting real human needs, which has driven me to develop strong skills in engineering, machining, and design, while always keeping usability and impact at the center of my work.I’ve recently begun my career at Eaton as an Engineering & Technology Leadership Development Program participant, where I’m excited to build on the foundation of my education while growing my business acumen and leadership skills.I value giving back to my community and strive to grow in my ability to be an attentive teacher and effective communicator.
