I am a service-oriented Strategic Account Manager, PharmD, Educator, and Healthcare Leader who thrives on creating meaningful partnerships and driving results that benefit patients, providers, and organizations alike. With over 15 years of diverse experience, from community pharmacy and PBMs to specialty and pharmaceutical industry roles, I’ve built my foundation on adaptability, collaboration, excellence, results, and a passion for advancing patient care. Additionally, my career journey has equipped me with solid expertise in formulary management, Medicare B&D, accreditation, utilization management, and pharmacy/business operations.In my current role as Pharmacy Execution Manager (PEM) at Novo Nordisk, I lead large cross-functional teams across Florida, Alabama, and Puerto Rico. As a PEM, I collaborate internally with matrix teams, including field sales, all levels of leadership, Market Access, and Medical, as well as externally with retail, health system, association, and College of Pharmacy partners to develop strategies that elevate sales performance while improving patient outcomes in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, CKD, and MASH. I am proud to be ranked among the top PEMs nationally and to have earned peer and leadership nominated honors such as the Circle of Excellence award.Beyond the metrics, I value connection…whether it’s engaging with pharmacists, providers, health systems, or my own colleagues. I believe in bringing people together, bridging strategy and execution through strong partnerships, transparent communication, and innovative programs that create measurable impact.
