I run on learning new things, finding more efficient ways to do things, and, of course, coffee.My most recent role was a Field Support Coordinator for the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and I am incredibly passionate about refugee resettlement and integration. I\'m also a small business owner and own a fine art retailer called ArtyAvian that I founded and developed in 2020. In many of the positions I have held, I have been able to combine my love of research with my love of art as I am often given graphic design projects for flyers, presentations, infographics, and a whole lot more in addition to completing client art commissions through my business.I am a graduate of American University\'s International Peace and Conflict Resolution program with a concentration in Peacebuilding. I also hold a Bachelor\'s degree in International Studies and French from Arcadia University. During my time as a student, I was able to travel and study abroad in Vietnam, England, and France and gained experience in cross-cultural communication, and a better understanding of the cultural and political issues I was studying in the classroom.I am a huge lover of all kinds of research and my favorite topics include migration and refugee resettlement, public health, and international relations. I am also fluent in French and skilled in social media marketing, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, STATA, and CRMs like Intranet Quorum.
