Improvements in service sign-up flow resulted in 120% increase in conversions.\\\\n-Expand Email Design services, including delivering email series strategy and managing UI design for a client in the pet health industry. Email tests in the Canadian market saw a 41% lift in new pet insurance accounts created.\\\\n- Build and manage RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort) product framework to handle initiative scoring, prioritization, and A/B test roadmap for clients.\\\\n- Develop a model and cadence to listen to customer feedback via user recordings, micro surveys, and usability tests. Leverage data to create and integrate over 150 user learnings on client’s product in a period of a year.\\\\n- Drive growth by building relationships and working cross-functionally with external clients and internal Engineering, Design, Content, Account Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to align efforts with business strategies.\\\\n- Provide direction, review, and sign off deliverables from a team of four Product Designers, including UI, visual design, graphic design, motion, animation, and UX.\\\\n- Champion the creation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, review agency’s DEI surveys, employee issues, and discuss ongoing actions for a more equitable workplace.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
