In my current role, I support our corporate employees in ensuring they have the tools and internal processes necessary to succeed. I help in three major areas: leave of absence, workforce planning, and internal communication. As the coordinator of all corporate leaves, I ensure all employees have the necessary information and knowledge before, during, and after they are on leave. This includes creating leave plans, working with our third-party provider, and performing year-end leave audits. To assist with our company\'s workforce planning, I update our organization charts monthly, perform employee changes in our HRIS, and assist with our performance management process. Additionally, I am the head administrator of our Intranet. I am in charge of making sure we best utilize the space and keep all information updated to best engage our employees. Some special projects I have been a part of include assisting in the planning and evaluation of our bi-annual manager training, gathering reports for our SOX audit, and coordinating our bi-annual employee survey.
