   Provide onsite engineering support for the design and execution of various projects from concept through startup. Comprehensive experience with development of P & IDs, piping, and mechanical drawings. Develop detailed Bills of Material and RFQ preparation. Coordinate with other engineering and construction disciplines in regard to civil, structural, electrical, and automation/controls.Selected Projects:• Noble Energy Mediterranean – Leviathan Onshore Project ($150 million capital spend)o Managed a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians responsible for the design phase, system development, and final approval from client and country authorities for the onshore infrastructure development for the Leviathan Project ($3.75 billion capital spend).o Supervised a team of Package Engineers for multiple Noble Energy Mediterranean contracts and supported vendor management for the efficient delivery of critical equipment.o Proactively interfaced with the Noble Mediterranean engineering and construction teams to provide permitting documents and clarification to Israeli authorities, ensuring that proper permits were obtained on time.o Served as lead project engineer and advisor to the Leviathan PMT for the onshore infrastructure development critical to Leviathan first gas• Noble Energy Mediterranean – Tamar #8 Tie-back Project ($28 million capital spend)o Advised the Noble project team during project scope and requirements analysis, design, and drawing reviews. Detailed subsea installation procedures for new architecture.o Created three levels of System Integration testing for existing infrastructure, fiber repeater skids, power and controls distribution assembly, and final well tie-in.• Bennu Oil & Gas – Titan Facility Compressor & Turbine Generator Additiono Served as the Instrument and Controls Lead for OpEx projects in the facility. Supported Facilities project team during scope definition and design, RFPs, and martial requisitions for equipment.
