ABOUT RAQUEL GAY

With over ten years of experience combined in the wellness and hospitality industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As the Membership Director at Gravitas Beverly Hills, a luxury social club, I oversee the recruitment, retention, and satisfaction of our high-end clientele, as well as the management and development of our talented staff. I also work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the club, implementing policies, procedures, and best practices that align with our vision and values. Previously, I was the Membership and Operations Director at Sydenham Clinic, a concierge medical clinic. In addition, I am the owner of Neatly Crafted Bartenders, a premier mobile bartending service that caters to private and corporate events. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University, and I have developed skills in human resources, operations management, team management, and customer service. I am driven by the mission of enhancing the well-being and happiness of our members and guests, as well as fostering a positive and collaborative culture among our team. I am excited to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the Gravitas Beverly Hills family, and to contribute to its growth and success.
