Broad years of experience in clinical, research and education in Midwifery/ Nursing, while practicing in several countries, health settings, or levels of care. Nonetheless, I worked in Italy, England, Switzerland, Spain, Angola, Bangladesh, Tchad, Cameroon.Those years taught me about paying attention to detail when drawing policies, and also reinforced my readiness to pursue my latest role while producing clinical guidelines, I was always prone to put the patient\'s interests first and support professionals with the latest evidence-based that will help to offer appropriate medical information to patients.This job complemented perfectly with Practice Education facilitator for midwifery students. Supporting students practicing in our departments and promoting an optimal learning environment while applying the latest evidence-based medical practices.Experienced Clinical Research Associate Midwife/Nurse who has been nominated for; outstanding research support in 2019. Experience in the trial setup, data management, recruitment, and on-site coordination of trials within women\'s reproductive health. Possess an understanding of research governance within the UK, including GCP training. Skilled in clinical Midwifery and Midwifery facilitator. Consultant in Lactation. Solid experience in the NHS, Nonprofit Organizations, and International agencies- UN as reproductive health advisor, policymaker and health promoter. Lecturing seminars and workshops for clinical staff, faculty teachers in Midwifery, or medical students at National and International faculties, conferences, and health settings.However, the most important professional characteristics that should be valued are my emphasis on supporting students and professionals who are enhancing women\'s reproductive rights and health conditions. My aim is to be proficient in research, education, policy-making, and offering an updated and evidenced clinical practice. Also, transform medical practices and pathways of care by supporting policy-making processes furthermore, my efforts put into promoting midwives and midwifery globally.BAME issues, management, Education, Policymaking, Research, big data management, and the incorporation of technology & innovation, are the main assets that I would like to pursue further. Politically moved, I direct my emphasis on observing and caring for the determinants that will shape our future health systems. Those transforming and affecting the overall provision of care, as the affordability, accessibility, equity, efficacy and cost-effectiveness of our services.
