As Facilities Manager for Chelsea Creek, one of London’s flagship riverside developments, I oversee the full spectrum of hard and soft services across a luxury residential estate. My role combines strategic asset management, resident engagement, compliance oversight, and contractor performance to ensure seamless service delivery in a high-demand environment.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Lead on M&E asset management, ensuring critical systems (HVAC, HIUs, MVHR, electrical, fire safety) remain fully operational and compliant.Direct hard and soft services contracts, from plant maintenance to concierge, cleaning, and landscaping, driving performance and value.Deliver health, safety, and statutory compliance across the estate, including oversight of permits-to-work, RAMS, and emergency systems.Manage and report on service charge budgets, optimising spend while maintaining the highest resident service standards.Conduct regular estate inspections and implement proactive maintenance programmes to reduce downtime and extend asset life cycles.Build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and contractors, acting as the central point of escalation for all facilities-related matters.Champion continuous improvement, introducing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and resident experience.This position allows me to combine technical expertise with people-focused management, delivering both operational excellence and a first-class living environment.
