I am a certified HR professional, and I hold both HRCI and SHRM certifications. I have a Master\'s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations - Penn State University. I also have over 6 years of Human Resources experience, and I worked in Brazil and the United States. I am knowledgeable of the laws and regulations of both countries. I also speak two languages, Portuguese and English. I am a reliable, detail-oriented professional, and a very organized team player with excellent interpersonal skills. I’m very motivated, and I usually have a smile on my face. I like planning ahead and I also have good time management skills which enable me to remain productive and focus on completing a task. I am able to think strategically and evaluate the benefits and risks of any situation to decide the best way to proceed. I am also a natural problem solver who is capable of identifying a problem or a process that can be improved and quickly addressing it. I chose a Human Resources career because employees are an organization\'s most valuable assets, and the overall success or failure of any organization depends on the performance of its employees. As a Human Resources Professional, I know how important my role is in regard to business success, as well as employees\' well-being.
