Throughout my 15 years of experience in television post-production, mastering, and vendor management, I’ve realized success by being a resourceful problem solver who delivers projects on time and within budget. A pro-active self-starter, I quickly identify ways to generate efficiencies and won’t stop until I’m satisfied that a project is done well. I believe that cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work well with people across competing interests are the keys to successful project management. With these natural strengths, I’m able to steward and deliver even enterprise-level collaborations.Recently, I’m most proud of two process changes that yielded increased productivity and significant savings:Migrating Hulu project management from Google Suite tools to the vastly more productive Airtable platform - upon identifying this opportunity I researched potential impacts and drawbacks and pitched the change. After acquiring the app, I led the process of training and integration across my team. The new platform was so successful it led to the adoption in multiple departments.At Sony, I re-assessed and revised the control process for the release and distribution of thousands of screeners to major retail partners to realize a $100K+ savings annually.I’m energetic and thrive in fast-paced environments. I enjoy the challenge of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects. Being able to combine these passions with the ever-changing world of entertainment has led me to greatly enjoy my work in the industry – though the opportunity to explore a brand-new professional culture and acquire new skill sets is an equally exciting prospect as I continue to advance my career.
