Provide archival support to include permanent records, historical documentation, and long-term records-keeping initiatives. Creating and maintaining records transfers, retiring of records, reference requests, file plans, schedules, technical requirements, and performance measures. Processing records transfers, retrievals, and disposal requests. Prepare responses to allegations of records management non-compliance and inquiries.Perform daily operational support activities for records management to include:Develop records management materials; spreadsheets or presentations to support ICE program offices.Maintain records management SharePoint site(s) content.Monitor and coordinate records management compliance in keeping with all legal provisions as they may apply. Preparing briefings (PowerPoint format) on record management, audits, assessments, and other related subjects.Prepare materials (e.g, tables, graphs, presentations, etc.) from analysis of data for inclusion in final work products, which may be presented orally, in writing, or in the form of narrative, statistically to be provided to the Records Officer.Develop, review, maintain and update records management compliance checklists.Provide administrative support to the Records and Data Management Unit to include maintaining a file system for filing reports as well as tracking all related correspondence. Providing reports on various issues related to records management as directed.Coordinating ad-hoc records management assessments as directed
