Funecap developed from c. €200m of revenues in FY18, solely in France, into a c. €700m business today with nearly employees in 4 business lines (funeral services, funeral infrastructure and real-estate, insurance brokerage, cremator production & maintenance) at c. 800 locations mostly in Europe. As CFO, I am the C-suite/Presidency business partner, member of the Executive Comittee, and in charge of structuring the Finance function- Management: lead and nurture the Finance teams (c. 90 people in total, in France, Italy, The Netherlands, UK)- M&A: experience in both large, impactful deals (from 0 to c. €150m in sales outside France in FY22 - managing internationalization in the process) and in build-up deals, purchasing and integrating c. 30 businesses p.a- Financing and treasury: finance growth by setting up c. €800m of new debt facilities (both through banks and private lenders) in the recent years, develop cross-border liquidity management, ensure adequate hedging - Accounting and tax: unify accounting principles and processes for all of the Group\'s businesses, centralize administrative functions into shared service centers, with ambitious efficiency targets - Reporting: evolve the organization towards more reliable and relevant reporting, by implementing an EPM tool to enable the rigorous management of a continually-expanding complex perimeter - Controlling and BI: define adequate analysis frameworks to monitor and optimize performance in each business unit and allow for concrete target-setting at the operational level - Procurement: centralize Group purchasing in the context of internationalization - LBO deals: successfully conducted VDDs and contributed to building the investment case leading to the entry of new investors into the Group\'s capital in March 2021, then in April 2023
