ABOUT RAPHAEL ROY TAYLOR
An aspiring creative professional with a wide range of experiences from entrepreneurship, events management, curation and cultural engagement. My interest in analysing and understanding historical themes and their relation to the current state of affairs channelled into my studies in History and Politics at the University of Warwick. Alongside my studies, I launched the Creatives Institute, a social enterprise dedicated to making art accessible and engaging with exhibitions, conferences and our Artworld magazine. Leading a team of over 20 student creatives, we won Warwick Enterprise’s Lord Rootes Fund, which supports the most innovative student projects. Our exhibition, Belonging, received over visits, and was featured in a variety of outlets, including Arts Professional and Warwick\'s podcast. I\'m now working towards building a youth conference with our partners at Communicating the Arts (the world\'s largest arts conference). Outside of university, I completed several internships focused on public engagement and the arts, including those with the National Trust, Compton Verney, MAC Birmingham and the Institute of Art and Ideas.
