Management of 8+ BI & Data Warehouse Developers (Juniors & Seniors), located in different part of the world, to deliver Dashboards and Reports for the following domains: Production Intelligence, Asset Management, Video Games Quality Control, Procurement, IT Financial Planning.\\\\n\\\\nMission\\\\n- Drive Domain & Platform directions with new features to deliver Business Roadmaps and Client needs.\\\\n- Setup DataOps strategy for CI/CD\\\\n- Ensure proper projects progression, respecting deadlines, processes, and methodology.\\\\n- Ensure proper migration to new Snowflake platform.\\\\n- Interact with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Platform) to define new Design Patterns.\\\\n- Ensure timely completion of customer implementations, supporting the team in resolving client escalations and ensuring successful deployments.\\\\n\\\\nLeadership\\\\n- Seek out and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.\\\\n- Build a high performing team of BI developers\\\\n- Support, mentor, and coach the development team while focusing on career growth and development.\\\\n- Highly involved in growing the development team, by recruiting and onboarding new members.\\\\n- Forecast of resources allocation.\\\\n- Work closely with various internal departments (Architecture, Platform, Support) for better communication and process improvement.\\\\n\\\\nEnvironment: Spark Streaming, Pyspark, Snowflake, Iceberg, Hadoop, Astronomer/Airflow, Custom ETLs, DataOps GitLab\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
