ABOUT RAPHAËLLE PEZANT

After beginning my career in HR consulting, I developed solid operational expertise by working in four CAC 40 companies across diverse sectors—LVMH, BNP Paribas, Carrefour, and ENGIE. Throughout this journey, I led international teams and transformation projects in dynamic and highly demanding environments, always with a focus on people development, organizational impact and strategic alignment. In 2021, I joined ENGIE as Group Vice President for Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility. As a member of the Group HR Executive Committee, I collaborated closely with all Global businesses and Regions to co-design and implement global HR policies tailored to ENGIE’s transformation roadmap. I also led the transformation of the Compensation & Benefits function line, aligning it with our ONE ENGIE vision while ensuring responsiveness to specific business and local needs. In 2025, I was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for the Global Business Unit Supply & Energy Management. In this role, I support the GBU’s strategic priorities by fostering a strong and inclusive HR culture, empowering teams and building the capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-evolving energy landscape. My focus is on driving talent development, engagement and organizational resilience—placing people at the heart of our performance and transformation
